Joseph T. Bonanno Jr. a veteran of 21 years service with the FDNY, cookbook author, fitness trainer and nutritionist gives an energetic, timely, often humorous and informative seminar for the fire service. An in depth discussion on post fire recovery and supplementation as well as clarity on some of today's latest diet myths and misconceptions. In the exercise segment Joe will cover weights, aerobic, stretching and and how all these factors affect your career and eventual retirement life after the fire service. Common sense guidelines in all areas of exercise both at home and in the firehouse.
